Faith · Family · Purpose

Servant. Husband. Father. Author.

Some men build companies, some write books, and some raise families that will carry their faith forward. Blake Crawford has dedicated his life to all three — not perfectly, but intentionally and always focused on the One who called him to it.

Blake is first a servant of God, then a husband and father of three — and from that foundation, an author whose work centers on faith, family, and purpose. His writing isn't theology from a distance — it's forged in the struggles and victories of real life: hard conversations, difficult seasons, and the daily decision to grab the Lord's hand and go where He leads.

Whether through his debut book Raise Them Right, his daily devotional Coram Deo, or the life he and his wife Tara have built together over thirty-one years of marriage in Naples, Florida, Blake's mission is clear: to help others experience Christ more deeply and walk with Him more intentionally.

“Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock." — 1 Peter 5:2-3 (ESV)

Raise Them Right

A Biblical Roadmap for Raising Children Who Know, Love, and Follow Christ

You love your child. You want to raise them in the Christian faith. But wanting to and knowing how to do it are two very different things — and most parents are figuring it out as they go, hoping something sticks, trusting that love will be enough.

It isn't always enough. Not because you don't care — but because caring without a plan leaves too much to chance. The culture is loud, the teenage years arrive faster than anyone warns you, and the window to shape a child's heart is shorter than it looks. What's needed isn't more effort. It's more intentionality.

Raise Them Right is a discipleship roadmap — biblical, practical, and built around a framework of three intentional trips and 31 Stepping Stones — designed to pass down a legacy of faith, character, and identity from your life into your child's. It starts with you, moves through the hard topics most parents avoid, and builds toward some of the most meaningful experiences you'll ever share with your child. Not a program to finish, but a way of life to embrace.

Coram Deo

Living with God, Under God’s Authority, and for His Glory

Every day brings noise — deadlines, distractions, and a world that pulls your attention in a hundred different directions. Somewhere in the midst of it all, your relationship with the Lord can quietly start to fade. Not by choice, but because life simply doesn't slow down long enough for you to be intentional about Him.

Coram Deo is a daily devotional designed to change that. Each morning, a brief, Scripture-based reading arrives in your inbox — not to add to your busy schedule, but to set the tone for your day. In just a few minutes, you'll engage with a Scripture passage, let a Spirit-led truth settle into your heart, and walk away with something to carry into the hours ahead. Think of it as a companion to your quiet time — a way to start your morning with an intentional moment of connection with the Lord.

The name Coram Deo is a Latin phrase meaning "in the presence of God." It describes a life lived with a constant awareness that everything we do is carried out before the face of God. That's not a burden. That's an invitation.
